Cherry tomato are the miniature tomato which comes in different colors including red, yellow and orange. When compared to the regular tomato, Cherry tomato are very sweet and juicy.
Cherry Tomato are loaded with insoluble fiber and are rich in Vitamin C and B-6.

A cup of cherry tomato has less than 30 calories, a snack you can enjoy with no guilt.
Cherry tomato can be used in various dishes including pasta, salad's, bruschetta, rice and pizza.
